This document is an FBI FD-302, a form the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) uses to record interviews. This FD-302 records a 2026 interview with two Federal Special Agents, in which the interviewees describe an incident reported as involving unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) at a national security site in 2026.

Key Findings

• →At about 1923 hours, an agent at an observation post called out a thermally elevated aerial object west of his position at an estimated bearing of 251 degrees.
• →Two agents visually observed a nonreflective, dark black triangular object resembling a delta wing drone, estimated at 9-15 ft wingspan, 6-9 ft depth, and 1-2 ft thickness.
• →Handheld thermal viewing showed the object hotter than ambient with a completely consistent thermal signature across the airframe and no visible exhaust gases.
• →The object ascended vertically over a ridge line about 3.2 miles west (heading ~268 degrees) to about 200 feet above the ridge, then transitioned to horizontal flight at very significant velocity toward the observers before descending southeast into a redacted terrain feature.
• →Visual contact was lost at about 1.5 miles range after approximately three seconds; no auditory output was detected, and the statement refers to the object as an unmanned aerial system.
