Official Description

This document is an FBI FD-1057, a form the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) uses to record investigative activity. This FBI FD-1057 documents first-hand observations made by two FBI special agents’ during the course of an ongoing investigation in November 2024. The subject matter described in files FBI-UAP-D004 through FBI-UAP-D008 and depicted in the video footage FBI-UAP-PR001 through FBI-UAP-PR003 corresponds to reports originating from the same general area in the northeastern United States.

Key Findings

• →Multiple FBI Special Agents directly observed what they assessed to be UAP phenomena during a surveillance visit to a civilian witness's home in November 2024, lending law enforcement credibility to the observations.
• →At approximately 4:45pm, a white pulsating light was observed moving horizontally with erratic movements at or below tree-line altitude, lasting less than ten seconds before disappearing.
• →Additional lights were observed within the tree line, pulsing and flashing white/blue hues, as well as broad light plumes followed by erratic red or white flashes.
• →At approximately 5:30pm, two agents simultaneously observed a bright white light above a bright red light hovering at tree-top height, which moved rapidly right to left, disappeared, then reappeared at its original position and repeated the movement.
• →Five photographs were taken by an SA but were mostly blurry due to long camera exposure without a stabilizing tripod, and the civilian witness had previously provided video and reports of UAP activity over the prior three years.
