Official Description

This document is an FBI FD-302, a form the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) uses to record interviews. This FD-302 records an October 2025 interview with a U.S. Person, in which the interviewee describes an incident potentially involving unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in October 2023. Key Findings

• →Witness observed a solid black equilateral triangular UAP with a red light at each of its three corners emerging from a stationary dark-gray distorted cloud over Colorado Springs between 8-9:30PM on an October 2023 night.
• →The UAP was estimated to be as large as a parking lot in area and 3-5 stories thick, at an altitude of approximately 3,000-5,000 feet.
• →The object initially moved south at helicopter-like speed, then almost instantaneously accelerated to possibly Mach 1 or 2 with visible wave distortion radiating from it, comparable to a heat mirage effect.
• →The object performed an unconventional 90-degree bank on its left side opposite to conventional aircraft banking direction, then returned to level flight before disappearing to the south.
• →The witness reported no sound, no visible propulsion, and a possible electronic interference effect on a phone call placed approximately 60 seconds after the sighting, with the witness's voice sounding robotic to his wife.
