The Department of War has established a new legally protected pathway enabling U.S. government personnel to disclose UAP-related national defense information. The waiver creates official protection for potential insiders seeking to share sensitive UAP data.

President Trump directed the Department of War and intelligence community via a national security presidential memo to waive prior nondisclosure agreements for former government employees and contractors involved in UAP study, enabling them to disclose relevant information to designated officials.

Astrophysicist Avi Loeb was recruited by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to establish and lead a new UAP Science Advisory Council for the US government.
