UAP News Briefing — Wednesday, July 29, 2026

The CIA released additional declassified portions of its 1963 KUBARK Counterintelligence Interrogation manual following a Mandatory Declassification Review request filed by The Black Vault in 2021. The release represents the most complete official version of the document made available to date. The manual addresses counterintelligence interrogation procedures from the Cold War era. This declassification follows established review processes rather than new policy announcements. No UAP-specific developments were reported in the past 48 hours.
